About Our Founder

David Cobb

David Cobb is the founder and Managing Director of The Brighton Group, LLC. He is involved in the strategic planning, business development, recruiting and delivery of service areas of Brighton.

During a management career spanning three decades, David has been involved in all areas of technology implementation and support including serving on technology strategy and advisory boards of client companies. He has been involved in the technology services industry as a project leader and as CIO for manufacturing and distribution companies.

David has served as project leader on major ERP system evaluations, planning and implementation projects as well as major technology system implementations. He co-founded Integrated Technology Group, Inc.(ITG) in 1989 which then split off to become The Brighton Group LLC. in 2003.

David attended Northern Illinois University, is APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management, holds a certificate in Operations Management from DePaul University, and is a member of the Project Management Institute. He is a frequent speaker on IT Strategy, Technology, Project Management and Technology Implementation.
